# Privacy policy.

What nagare.watch and its waitlist collect about you, why, for how long, and how to use your rights.

## Who is responsible

KAITEN INC, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France, publishes nagare.watch and is the controller of the data described here. Write to [privacy@kaiten.sh](mailto:privacy@kaiten.sh) for anything about your data. This policy covers this website and its waitlist.

## When you visit the site

- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
- Pages, fonts, images and recordings are served by the site itself: nothing is loaded from Google or any other third party while you read.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site, receives what any web request carries (your IP address, your browser, the page asked for) to deliver the page and keep the service secure. We do not use it to identify you.

## When you join the waitlist

The waitlist is a form hosted by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). It collects:

- your work e-mail address, your company’s website, your role and how many competitors you follow;
- if you choose to give them, your name, the competitors you follow and what you most want to know about them;
- which button of the site led you to the form, and the page’s language.

- **Why**: To write to you about Nagare’s early access and its launch, and to learn which competitors and questions matter to product teams.
- **Legal basis**: Your consent, given when you send the form (GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [privacy@kaiten.sh](mailto:privacy@kaiten.sh), or by unsubscribing from any e-mail we send.
- **Who sees it**: Kaiten’s team, and Tally, which stores the form’s answers for us. Your data is never sold, nor shared for advertising.
- **How long**: Until twelve months after Nagare’s public launch, then deleted; sooner if you ask.

## Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. Write to [privacy@kaiten.sh](mailto:privacy@kaiten.sh); we answer within a month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, France’s data protection authority ([cnil.fr](https://www.cnil.fr)).

## Pages Nagare reads

Nagare reads the public pages of companies’ websites for its users. If you own a site, [NagareBot’s page](https://nagare.watch/bot/) says how it behaves and how to limit it.
